Entertainment

There are more museums, theaters and galleries on Merseyside than in any other region outside London, including the Tate Liverpool and the Walker art galleries.

The art scene in Liverpool during 2006 is set to build to a crescendo of the Biennial, where art will spill on to every pavement in the city. The best place that this can be found is in the Ropewalks district, which is Liverpool's cultural quarter. The cultural quarter is full of hip and trendy student cafe's and poky galleries.

Also if you are a Beatles fan then you could go off and take in "The Beatles Story" where you can enjoy a "Living history" audio tour. Here you are shown round by such greats as Brian Epstein, Paul McCartney, and Cynthia Lennon, and follow the journey of the Fab Four's meteoric rise to Fame!
